John M. Steiner is a partner in our Boston office. He is also chair of the firm's Hiring Committee. Mr. Steiner is experienced in all types of real estate transactions, and his practice focuses on acquisitions, financings and development work. In particular, Mr. Steiner represents REITs in the office, hotel and senior housing industries in connection with their acquisition, leasing, disposition and financing of portfolios and individual properties. In addition, he is involved in various aspects of the development and financing of various properties in the Seaport District in South Boston.
