Mr. Edgar is a Shareholder and Director of the firm and is a member of the firm's Litigation Services Group. Mr. Edgar practices in the areas of commercial litigation including bankruptcy, labor law and representation of non-profit corporations. Matters involving minority business interests from large public companies to small business combinations have been a large part of his practice since 1974. He has handled cases in many different state and federal courts, trial and appellate, administrative agencies and various arbitration structures. A significant portion of his time is providing advice and counsel to avoid litigation or to best position clients for litigation before it starts.
Mr. Edgar practiced with Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling from 1974 to 1990, and from 1990-1998 with McClure and Watkins.
