John P. Feeney serves as counsel in the Real Estate Department of our Boston office. His practice is in the area of commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Mr. Feeney has assisted REITs and corporations outside the real estate industry in structuring and financing their real estate assets in connection with public offerings, debt and M&A transactions. Mr. Feeney has represented both lenders and borrowers in traditional real estate loans and structuring real estate security for corporate credit facilities and bond financing. Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester LLP, Mr. Feeney was senior counsel at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels LLP. Mr. Feeney served as law clerk for The Hon. Herbert P. Wilkins, Mass. Supreme Judicial Court.
