John is Vice-President and Operations Team Leader of 1 Exec Street. His efforts are focused on operations excellence, search delivery and team development with an emphasis on career development. Before joining 1 Exec Street in 1999, John spent 8 years recruiting high potential commercial and manufacturing leaders for top companies in high-tech and industrial manufacturing. Prior to entering the executive search field, John's previous experience included project and sales leadership positions with several smaller businesses in addition to larger companies including IBM and KeyTronic. John earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Communication from Gonzaga University. In addition to his business interests, John has actively competed in national fiddle competitions for over 20 years, winning the National Championships 4 times and recording 4 solo albums.
