Since joining Faegre & Benson in 1988, John Mandler has litigated a wide variety of commercial contract matters and product liability cases. The major focus of his practice is product liability, class action, toxic tort and agribusiness litigation. He represents clients such as Bayer, BASF, DuPont, Harris Moran Seed Company, Nunhems, Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc., and Pioneer Hi-Bred International in cases nationwide.
