John Pitstick is ValueClick, Inc.'s chief financial officer and manages the company's worldwide finance and facilities functions. Mr. Pitstick joined ValueClick in 2005 and served as the company�s executive vice president of finance prior to his promotion to Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. Pitstick was a senior manager in the audit practice of Ernst & Young, where he served both public and private companies in the high technology industry for nearly ten years. Mr. Pitstick is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco. |
