While John no longer serves as Civic's Development Director, he remains the part-time Film Series Operations Manager for Civic's 19th Street Film Series. Prior to joining the staff in 2002, John served eight years as Civic's Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. John worked for General Cinema for 18 years as a General Manager, Auditor, and for the last few years as the mid-Atlantic Operations and HR Coordinator. John has increased the theatre's contributed revenue significantly in his tenure at Civic, and has overseen the fundraising and installation of new ADA compliant restrooms, a new state-of-the-art film projection and sound system, and the second film venue, across the street in Theatre514. John is an alumnus of the University of Delaware, and Lehigh County Community College and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. |
