John Paul Fulco, P.C., senior corporate attorney and litigator, received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University (Magna Cum Laude) in 1977 and his J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1980. John represents and counsels a broad range of clients in the high technology, internet, manufacturing, real estate and service industries in connection with corporate acquisitions and sales, corporate financing, partnership and joint venture agreements, real estate acquisitions, sales and lending, licensing and intellectual property matters, including software, website and technology development, marketing and licensing and in strategic and business planning.
