John Paul West joined Magellan Commercial Realty in 2007. He specializes in Tenant Representation transactions in the Dallas/Fort Worth region and provides special assistance to the President of the firm on a variety of special assignments. With strong determination and a passion for his work, John Paul continuously strives to serve the needs of his clients. John Paul graduated from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 2007 with a Business Administration degree in Management as well as a minor in Spanish. During his junior and senior years, John Paul worked with several business associates to acquire properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This experience enabled him to become acquainted with properties all over the metroplex and to better understand the intricacies of the local real estate industry. John Paul grew up in Irving and graduated from the North Hills School in Las Colinas. He established a lawn care service in the Irving area at the age of 12 and eventually maintained more than 45 accounts and had several independent contractors reporting to him. His business operations that facilitated his ability to attend Texas A&M instilled both a solid work ethic and a dedication to customer service that enables him to better serve his clients needs. John Paul lives in Irving.
