John Browne is a principal in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved with public companies and privately-held businesses since 1992. He has extensive experience providing accounting and consulting services to a variety of industries, including, manufacturing, distribution, software, high-technology, broadcasting, hospitality, construction and professional service companies. He has assisted many companies with raising equity through public offerings and private placements.
John has a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Colorado State University. He is active in various professional and community organizations. |
