Mr. Marozsan retired in 1999 as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Executive Committee of CCH Incorporated, a leading provider of tax and business law information and software.
In addition, Mr. Marozsan was a member of the Board of Directors of Wolters Kluwer U.S., of which CCH is a wholly owned subsidiary. Founded in 1913, CCH produces approximately 700 print and electronic products for securities, tax, legal, banking, human resources, health care and small business markets in North America. Wolters Kluwer is a Netherlands-based multinational publishing company whose core activities include legal and tax publishing, business publishing, medical/scientific publishing and educational publishing/professional training.
A 30-year veteran of the professional publishing industry, Mr. Marozsan played an important role in integrating CCH successfully into the Wolters Kluwer U.S. organization.
Prior to joining CCH in 1996, Mr. Marozsan was President and CEO of Aspen Publishers, Inc., a Gaithersburg, Md. business law and health care publisher, which is also a Wolters Kluwer U.S. company. Before becoming President and CEO in 1986, Mr. Marozsan spent 10 years in a number of management positions at Aspen, including Editor-in-Chief and Publisher.
Mr. Marozsan received an A.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Trenton Junior College, a B.S. degree in Physics from Trenton State College, and an M.S. from Harvard University. |
