John R. McDonald is a member of Godfrey & Kahn's corporate practice group in the Milwaukee office.
John graduated with a B.A. in political science from Hope College in Holland, Michigan and earned his law degree from George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. During law school John was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal and won the 2005 PCLJ Writing Competition.
John formerly worked as a Legislative Assistant for Rep. Pete Hoekstra of Michigan in Washington, DC. In 2005 he was a summer associate in the firm's Milwaukee office.
