Simon with more than 17 years in the human resources and legal sector is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for PG&E Corporation and its primary subsidiary Pacific Gas and Electric Company. As executive vice president of global human capital Simon was responsible for the company�s benefits design and administration labor relations performance optimization human capital information systems and payroll and proprietary learning and talent management systems.
Simon also previously served as a partner at Hallenbeck Lascell LLP in Rochester New York where he represented several academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation.
