John R. Biggar has served as a member of our board of trustees since April 2007. From January 2001 to March 2007, Mr. Biggar served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer PPL Corporation, a NYSE listed company in the utility and energy industry, and also as one its directors from October 2001 to March 2007. Mr. Biggar joined PPL as an attorney in 1969 and prior to being named to his most recent position, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Vice President-Finance. Mr. Biggar serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lycoming College. |
