John R. Rutledge is a principal in the firm's Baltimore office. Mr. Rutledge represents local, regional and national financial institutions in connection with various types of financial transactions, with an emphasis on acquisition, construction and interim loans secured by real property. Mr. Rutledge also represents local and regional developers in connection with the myriad of issues associated with the acquisition, construction, leasing, management, ownership and disposition of real estate projects. Mr. Rutledge has also developed substantial expertise representing lenders participating in Fannie Mae's Delegated Underwriting and Servicing multifamily loan purchase program.
