Personal Background:
Mr. Smith earned his law degree magna cum laude from Boston College where he served as an Articles Editor on the B.C. Environmental Affairs Law Journal. Following graduation, Mr. Smith moved to Richmond, Virginia to serve as law clerk to the Honorable Douglas O. Tice, Jr., Chief Judge, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District Division of Virginia.
He graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Fredonia with a degree in Accounting. He then moved to Concord, New Hampshire where he practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for over seven years.
