John Daniel is a Value Creation Executive with over 23 years of Financial Advisory, Product Marketing, and Alliance Building experience. John is adept at formulating and implementing creative strategic and tactical plans to Exploit Market Opportunities, Dominate Niches, and Streamline Critical Processes in order to assist client companies in Capital Acquisition, Top-line Growth, and New Market Entry. He has been in the client-seat, having Built and Operated private companies, Restructured companies and served as Director. His consulting experience includes Early Stage Management where he has helped Build Organizational Infrastructures from Strategic Planning through Funding, Staffing and Operations start-up.

He has Led, Advised, or been a Principal in more than twenty start up, development stage, emerging growth, private and public companies across diverse industries ranging from Financial and Business Services, Information Technology, Software, Healthcare, Medical products, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Consumer, Environmental, Real Estate, and Energy. His cross-functional corporate and business development experience combined with his corporate finance skills provides an extremely high level of sensitivity to clients' needs. He has led equity investments from origination through structuring and is personally credited with raising over $100 million and advising on approximately $500 million in investment banking transactions for both private and public early stage and middle market companies while working in Senior Executive Management leadership positions at either boutique NASD Member Investment Banks, as co-CEO at his own Corporate Development Advisory Company, Chester, Daniel and Associates, or while leading two start up companies, Cobra Pharmaceutical and NextJet Technologies. He was Managing Director Bristol Investment Group, Inc. overseeing that New York based NASD Member Investment Banking firm's expansion in Texas. He previously served as Principal, Senior Vice President Dabney, Flanigan, LLC, a Los Angeles based NASD Member Investment Bank start up where under his leadership, he successfully launched and managed the Private Placement Group. He also launched and managed the International Capital Markets Division as Vice President for Cruttenden, Roth, Inc. an Irvine, California based NASD Member Investment Banking firm where his marketing and placement efforts in Europe enabled the firm to complete $300 million in equity financings.

Relationships and Strategic Partners include investors and lenders such as Venture Capital firms, Banks, Mezzanine, SBIC and Private Equity funds, Investment Banks, Accredited Individuals, as well as Fortune 1000 and Global IT Services companies, Big 4 Consulting and Hedge Fund product firms. He also has experience in Asia, and Latin America. Immediately after college, he began his financial career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in their Finance Program before he started his Wall St. career at Wertheim and Company (now Citigroup-Solomon Smith Barney) in their Capital Markets Training Program. He graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelors Degree in European History, and studies in Economics and Finance at Williams School of Commerce, Politics and Economics. He also attended Georgetown University, and the New York Institute of Finance.
