John T. Saunders
has over 10 years of investment banking experience. Most recently, he was a Vice President at Fleet M&A Advisors, a division of Fleet Securities, Inc. where he represented both public and private companies in strategic advisory and capital raising transactions. Previously, Mr. Saunders was a Senior Associate at Fleet Securities, Inc. where he specialized in providing corporate advisory services to FleetBoston Financial Corporation�s Middle Market corporate loan customers. Prior to his experience at Fleet, Mr. Saunders was an Associate in NationsBank�s Corporate Finance Group where he specialized in executing transactions for Private Equity Funds. Mr. Saunders began his investment banking career as an analyst in Merrill Lynch�s Public Finance Group where he worked on raising capital for municipalities, state and local governments. Mr. Saunders is a 1992 graduate of Morehouse College with a BA in Mathematics and a 1996 graduate of Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance. |
