John Boulger is a native of Fargo, North Dakota. John and his family have long been active in the civic and business community in the Fargo-Moorhead area. He attended St. John's University, graduated from Moorhead State University Magna Cum Laude and received a law degree with distinction from the University of North Dakota. John has been in practice since 1974 and is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. In addition to his private practice, John served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Fargo for 19 years. Further, he has taught business law and real estate law at North Dakota State University. John worked as a dance/concert promoter and booking agent during college and law school. John has always been interested in law and business and has concentrated in the areas of representation of businesses, real estate, and estate planning. John is actively involved in counseling both his business and individual clients in transactions using his years of experience as an attorney and business owner. He takes a proactice approach to dealing with his clients issues and potential issues. John has also been actively involved with a number of non-profit organizations, including Hospice of the Red River Valley, the Fargo Theatre Board, and the Arthritis Foundation.
