John W. Ames John is a member of the Tax and Finance Practice Group, and the Bankruptcy and Workout Team Co-Chair. He works exclusively in the business reorganization process, both in Chapter 11's and state law work outs. He represents debtors, as well as creditors, both secured and unsecured. He has served as a trustee and has been appointed as creditors' committee counsel.
