Description of Practice:
John W. Kittleson is a partner in the firm's Orange County office. He has experience in a broad array of commercial real estate areas, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing and leasing. Specifically, Mr. Kittleson has orchestrated both purchases and sales of regional shopping centers, commercial office buildings, multi-family residential complexes, industrial properties and various other developed and undeveloped properties. With respect to financing, he has represented both borrowers and lenders in construction and permanent lending transactions. Mr. Kittleson has substantial experience representing both landlords and tenants in retail, commercial and industrial leases. Additionally, Mr. Kittleson has extensive litigation experience, handling cases in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He has represented lending institutions in all facets of real estate and lending transactions, including judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, work-outs, and secured creditor representation in bankruptcy actions.
Mr. Kittleson is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
Educational History:
Mr. Kittleson received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1988, and his J.D., with honors, from Loyola Law School in 1992. |
