John Cook is a partner and chair of the Business Law Group practicing corporate law for over 25 years, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, particularly corporate representation of insurance companies and insurance holding companies, third party legal opinions, asset securitization transactions, transactions involving sales of exempt securities, and general corporate representation for commercial transactions for business clients.
