Mr. McReynolds has served as President of the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity since March 2005 and served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer since August 2005. He is also a director of the general partner of ETP. Prior to becoming President of Energy Transfer Equity Mr. McReynolds was a partner with the international law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP for over 20 years. As a lawyer he specialized in energy-related finance securities partnerships mergers and acquisitions syndication and litigation matters and served as an expert in numerous arbitration litigation and governmental proceedings including as an expert in special projects for boards of directors of public companies. |
