John Atwell is Director of Development for First Industrial Realty Trust�s West region, where he oversees development and construction projects for First Industrial and its corporate partners. He has more than 20 years experience in development, construction, and financial management in the real estate sector. Previously, Mr. Atwell was Senior Vice President Development Manager for Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for projects in Southern and Northern California. During his career, he has led the development of more than 10 million square-feet of commercial real estate.
Mr. Atwell earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College and Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina. He is a member of the Inland Empire chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), CoreNet Global, and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. |
