John P. Baiardi is the managing partner of Tax Services in the New York office of Mitchell & Titus, a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited. He is a financial and tax professional who has provided sophisticated tax planning for private companies, venture capital enterprises, and the owners of these businesses. He also oversees tax services for not-for-profit entities.
John has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and taxation. Previously, he was a partner at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). There, he served as partner-in-charge of tax services for financial services and emerging businesses in northern New Jersey.
John has a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York, an Advanced Professional Certificate in Taxation from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Villanova University. He currently serves on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). In addition, he holds a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA. John has served as an adjunct professor in taxation for the Rutgers University Graduate School and Montclair State College in New Jersey. |
