John S. Bailey, Jr., is of counsel to the firm, concentrating his practice in commercial law and civil litigation, including personal injury defense.
Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1926, Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marietta College. He earned his law degree in 1951 from Washington & Lee University College of Law, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research and Trial Lawyers Association, the West Virginia State Bar, the West Virginia State Bar Association and the Wood County Bar Association.
Mr. Bailey was admitted to practice in West Virginia in 1951.
