Over the past 17 years, John has been instrumental in raising over $60 million in venture capital for various, early-stage and start-up, private and public companies as both an investment broker in Canada and as a private management consultant. He has traveled extensively, introducing public companies to pension fund managers, investment brokers and financial analysts, primarily in London, New York, Toronto, Geneva and Zurich. From 1994 to the present, John has been engaged in a variety of entrepreneurial and consulting positions including being a member of the Board of Directors of over a dozen private companies in five countries. In addition, Mr. Balanko was also a member of the Board of Directors of two public companies. |
