John Becker is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive in the Scott Air Force Base, Ill., region coordinating Northrop Grumman�s support of the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) and the U.S. Air Mobility Command (AMC). In this role, John represents all Northrop Grumman sectors and serves as a single point of contact to these key customers.
Mr. Becker joined Northrop Grumman in 2006 after spending two years at Science Applications International Corporation as USTRANSCOM account manager. Previously, Mr. Becker retired from the U.S. Air Force as Commander of the 15th Air Force. He has also served as director of Operations and Logistics for USTRANSCOM, AMC Wing Commander and Commander of the Tanker Airlift Control Center.
In addition to holding many awards and decorations, Mr. Becker earned both a bachelor�s degree in agronomy from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, and a master�s degree in business management from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Neb. He attended the Air Force Air War College, the Armed Forces Staff College, and the Air Force Photo Intelligence basic and advanced courses.
