John Blake was named general manager, Digital Capture & Imaging Devices, Consumer Digital Imaging Group in November 2005. This position is responsible for a broad portfolio consisting of digital cameras, snapshot printers, camera accessories, memory products, mobile imaging and imaging devices on a global basis. The Board of Directors elected him a corporate vice president in December 2005.
John joined Kodak in 1991 as a financial analyst in the equipment manufacturing division. From 1995 to 2005, he held a number of increasingly responsible leadership positions in finance, regional operations, product management and segment leadership in Kodak�s professional photography division. His most recent position was as the worldwide general manager for Kodak�s professional output business and vice president of Digital & Film Imaging Systems. He drove significant product and process improvement in an industry-leading portfolio of hardware, software, media and services that led to margin and cash growth for the company.
Blake earned a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A degree in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology. |
