John Bourke joins GloNav with more than 17 years of experience in various finance positions. In 2000, John joined NASDAQ-listed CEVA Inc. as the vice president of finance and corporate controller. Before CEVA, he was the corporate controller and financial planning and analysis manager at Parthus Technologies Inc., a NASDAQ and LSE listed company. Prior to Parthus, John worked with Ernst & Young in Ireland and various U.S. positions, including director of corporate finance, specializing in NASDAQ and LSE listings as well as merger and acquisition activities, and as the director and senior manager of audit, specializing in technology companies. He holds a bachelor of accounting and finance from Dublin City University in Ireland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ireland. |
