John Bowles is truly an entrepreneurial Real Estate professional. His expertise in the commercial Real Estate Industry has spanned over seventeen years throughout the Metroplex and has included leasing, acquisitions, strategic planning, demographic and site consultation, and a wide variety of tenant and brokerage services.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Marketing, John also holds a Broker's License with the Texas Real Estate Commission, and he is a member of the North Texas Association of Realtors, The International Council of Shopping Centers, and the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
John served as an Office Leasing Specialist for Jackson Shaw Company, and then joined Bradford Companies where he was a top producer and Vice President of the Office Division. His customer database includes representation of such prominent clients as: The Equitable Life Insurance Society, The Travelers Companies, Provident Life, Prudential Insurance, and Today Realty Advisors.
With an extensive knowledge of the regional market and a vision for a new professionalism, The John Bowles Company was created and established in 1996. The company represents a portfolio of over 8 million square feet of commercial properties.
