Dr. Callaci originally conceived the technologies that he later developed with his associates at CCS. More than twenty years ago, he was working as a systems engineer in charge of developing some of the first worldwide air defense and communication systems at Hughes Aircraft Company. He also headed up the team that was developing the predecessor to the IBM Token Ring network, the Hughes air defense communication bus, and Hughes' Bus Allocation Multiplexers (BAMs). His teams designed and implemented the complete air defense systems for Norway, Germany, Sweden, and Japan. The immense networks that they developed consisted of nationwide, integrated, secure voice/data communications, military computer networks, and RADAR weapons defense systems
Dr. Callaci's vision was to realize how the application of these technologies could profoundly transform the world. His dream survived, and by 1995 he had completed his graduate degrees in engineering and was in pursuit of his PhD. It was then that he discovered the enabling technologies that would make the dream attainable. Recognizing that years of development were necessary to make it a reality, he established CCS as a consulting business and began building up the competencies and the network of resources he would require. His concurrent roles as a professional communications consultant and graduate professor at Azusa Pacific University honed his skills and allowed him to focus his energies on the development of his vision.
Dr. Callaci was led by his faith to seek applications for advanced technologies that can render enormous benefits to people everywhere. He has surrounded himself with the talent needed to develop these applications, and they have become viable products. He now stands prepared to realize his vision.
