Mr. Callaghan is the Managing Partner of Callaghan & Nawrocki, L.L.P, an audit, tax and consulting firm located on Long Island, New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He was employed by a major accounting firm from 1979 until 1986, at which time he formed his present firm. Mr. Callaghan also serves as a director and chairman of the Finance Committee of both Andrea Systems, Inc. and the Friends of Long Island Heritage. He was elected to the Company�s Board of Directors in June 2003. |
