John Chan, Partner, is an experienced investment and new business development professional. Prior to joining Cruttenden Partners, Mr. Chan was Vice President of Corporate Finance for E*Offering and Meridian Capital Group, Inc., where he worked on numerous public and private high-tech offerings. Before Meridian Capital Group he was a Principal with Daedalus Partners and a Corporate Finance Associate with Cruttenden & Company. Previous to entering the field of finance, Mr. Chan was a senior Consultant for the SBA�s Small Business Development Center, where he counseled over 25 regional ventures.
John's duties include helping portfolio companies strategize and shake out financial plans while analyzing new business opportunities. He earned a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
