In his dual role as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Talent Systems and Solutions, John Chipps oversees BHI's Assessment Solutions, Research, Survey and Technology divisions. As Senior Vice President, John is ultimately responsible for BHI's hourly and management assessment and survey business along with the firm's research functions. John's role as Chief Information Officer includes directing the design and implementation of technology solutions that support the tools and services Batrus Hollweg provides to clients. John's dual role enables him to effectively promote best practices in all areas and coordinate the teams' efforts to ensure a seamless focus on client service.
John is a seasoned strategic and operations focused business executive with an accomplished track record of design, development and delivery of cost-effective, high-performance information technology applications, products and services to address complex business problems. With a discerning focus on effective process and change management, John brings extensive experience in establishing highly effective teams, processes and methodologies. His areas of focus include:

John joined Batrus Hollweg International in 2005 after more than 15 years of progressive operations and technology executive leadership experience in the Financial Services, High Tech and Transportation industries. Prior to joining BHI, John served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Manager for HD Vest Financial Services, Giggo.com and epicRealm, Operations Manager for EDS, and consulting positions with Texas Instruments, Lennox International, and Microsoft Corporation.
John received his Master of Science degree from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ambassador University. He also holds all major Microsoft certifications including MCSE+I, MCDBA, and MCSD. |
