John Comer joined Continental in 2006, bringing over 35 years of financial management and stock transfer management experience to the job. John had spent the past 13 years as a Vice President / Client Relationship Executive with Mellon Investor services, where he was responsible for client relationship management and business development. Over the years, John has worked with a diverse client base, and has experience in assisting small, medium, and large corporations. His proven track record of fulfilling client needs and meeting their expectations will transfer well into the Continental culture, and clients will benefit from his experience in coordinating annual shareholder meetings and the administration of corporate actions, such as initial public offerings, secondary offerings, stock splits, as well as stock and cash dividends. John is a Brooklyn native with a B.A. from Niagara University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. |
