John Cumming has 18 years of Information Systems experience, and has been with Webhelp since 1999. He is the principle architect of Webhelp�s integrated Arena chat, email & VOIP product which is used both internally and externally by an number of major clients. Prior to Webhelp, Mr. Cumming�s company contracted to design and develop systems for all of the major services of the U.S. Government including: The Department of Defense (Army, Navy, Air Force), Central Intelligence Agency, The Department of Energy, and NASA. He also developed systems under contract with Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Computer Sciences Corporation, Harris Corporation, AMA and Triversity. Prior to that John worked for SoftQuad Inc for 6 years. Mr. Cumming studied Chemical Engineering at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute. |
