Mr. Daniel founded USA Partners Sports Alliance "USAP" in 2002 as the Managing Principal. USAP is a resource organizer of grants and resources of some of the largest sports organizations in America with a purpose of developing multi-purpose sports complexes around the Country. In 2005 USAP helped raise over $ 52 million in grants and in in-kind services.
As the founder of TourTurf, Mr. Daniel was most recently head of construction and design for the First Tee National Golf Program, which is a national program to make golf accessible to children of all socio-economic backgrounds. He participated in the design and development of over 100 golf facilities throughout the United States, representing over $100 million in facility construction. Prior to involvement with The First Tee, World Golf Foundation, and the PGA TOUR, Mr. Daniel was the Executive Director of the Hiawatha Golf Project where he founded the nations largest junior golf program which served over 5,000 youths at no cost. He is a former PGA Professional and a 1997 recipient of Golf Digest's National Junior Development Award. Mr. Daniel has also served in management and teaching roles in nationally known adult golf teaching facilities, as well as coaching three United States Teams that have successfully defended the World Junior Golf Cup in St. Andrews, Scotland. |
