John Dobrowolski is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all of ReCellular�s worldwide financial and information technology functions. He also leads ReCellular strategic and business planning and process improvement efforts. Mr. Dobrowolski was the previous CFO at Demmer Corporation, a supplier of machine and stamped metal parts for the automotive, defense, aerospace, and commercial industries, based in Lansing, Michigan. At Demmer, Mr. Dobrowolski significantly improved the firm�s financial footing and implemented a companywide IT expansion program. He also launched, financed and operated the firm�s real estate development company, Demmer Properties. Prior to his time at Demmer, Mr. Dobrowolski also served as CFO and VP/Finance at Kalamazoo-based Fabri-Kal Corporation, one of America�s largest manufacturers of disposable plastic food packaging. He was a key member of the team that brought financial stability and long-term profitability to Fabri-Kal�s operations. In his role as CFO, he was responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, IT human resources, credit management, risk management, and corporate planning.
Mr. Dobrowolski holds a Bachelor in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a certified public accountant. He served as volunteer chairperson of the Three Rivers Area Hospital Authority, a community-owned, non-profit regional medical center and health care organization located in Three Rivers, Michigan. |
