Mr. Dugan is a Partner and a Co-Founder of OCA Ventures and a General Partner with the O'Connor Partners Investment Office. Previously, he was Managing Partner of O'Connor & Associates. Following the acquisition of O'Connor & Associates by SBC in 1995, Mr. Dugan became the CEO of the Americas for Swiss Bank Corporation. Mr. Dugan, who joined O'Connor & Associates in 1981 as Controller, was named General Partner in 1983 and became Managing Partner in n1989. Before working at O'Connor & Associates, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Purcell, Graham & Company. Prior to that he worked at Bear Stearns & Company as Vice President & Controller and at Baker, Weeks & Company as Vice President, Operations & Chief Financial Officer. He began his career in financial services at Brown Brothers Harriman & Company. Mr. Dugan holds a BA in Business Administration from Pace College. He also attended the U.S. Naval Academy for two years. |
