In his position on the Executive Council, John is responsible for advising the CEO and setting company policies, management practices, business development, recruiting, benefit analysis, and staff development. He specializes in inter-agency collaborative tools and applications, and has extensive knowledge of all elements of the U.S. Intelligence Community. John retired from government employment in 1998 after 28 years in Intelligence operations and management, including a number of years serving overseas. He has worked in the computer field professionally for 6 years as project manager and systems administrator for the National Intelligence Council and other IC components. He has a BA in History. |
