Mr. Estrada has extensive experience in complex software design, including development, implementation, and support of both Internet and e-commerce systems. This experience sparked the launch of ServiceBench which now sets the standard for true end to end service channel support systems, improving both business processes and business intelligence for manufacturers and their service channel partners. Mr. Estrada was CEO and founder of Sideout Technologies, Inc. which successfully developed customized Internet based software solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Sideout Technologies, Mr. Estrada led software development for DSR, a government contract firm and was instrumental in spurring rapid growth of the company from 3 to 150 people. |
