Selected Transactions Represented Archipelago Holdings in its merger with the New York Stock Exchange to form NYSE Group, and its acquisition of PCX Holdings, the parent company of the Pacific Exchange. Advised Citigroup in its capacity as financial advisor to NYSE Group in its combination with Euronext. Represented IntercontinentalExchange in its acquisition of the New York Board of Trade and its offer to acquire the Chicago Board of Trade. Represented Whitehall Partners in connection with the acquisition of Kerzner International by a private equity consortium that included the Kerzner family. Represented the Frist family in connection with the acquisition of HCA, Inc. by a private equity consortium. Represented Interbrew in its combination with AmBev to form InBev.
