John joined LDS in 1999 as interim COO. Focusing on developing best practices and processes for service delivery, he is now in charge of LDS' strategic expansion into new markets and partner relations. Before joining LDS John was a vice president of Thomson Consulting, a division of information provider The Thomson Corporation, where he was responsible for operations and organizational strategies for the Northeast Region. Earlier in his career, John was the CIO at Gemini Consulting, a division of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. |
