John Foxworth has 9 years of management experience, with the last 5 years being dedicated to the Executive Recruiting and Staffing industries. Before joining Analog Solutions, John was employed with one of the largest recruiting organizations in the country; he was involved in all facets of Account Management, specializing in Executive Recruitment and Staffing for Hi-Tech engineering disciplines. During his tenure he was responsible for securing and maintaining accounts, contract development, bid submittals, organizational development, employee career development, recruiting, staffing, traditional and diversity hiring/programs, labor relations, offer presentation, acceptance and compensation/benefits analysis. Prior to entering the Executive Recruiting industry, he was an engineering manager for an independent testing and engineering services organization, where he was responsible for managing the accounts of small to large billion dollar organizations. Within six months of hire he was promoted to manager of the Thermal Engineering Division. During his tenure with this organization he led a team of professionals in continually advancing the energy performance industry. He holds a BS Environmental Science from SUNY @ Brockport. He is currently working towards a MS in Human Resource Management at Troy State University. Currently at Analog Solutions John is responsible for recruiting and building engineering teams for emerging start-ups and Fortune 500 clients.
