B.A. Degree from Franklin and Marshall College, 1983; J.D. from University of Dayton School of Law, 1990. Admitted to the Bars of New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and a Member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Frates is currently the manager of the White Plains Office and Senior Underwriting Counsel for Stewart Title Insurance Company involved in Complex Commercial and Residential Underwriting. Mr. Frates has been a senior attorney at several major Title Insurance Underwriters for over ten years directly responsible for commercial underwriting and claims management. Mr. Frates is also a certified instructor for the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute. Mr. Frates is the father of three wonderful children.
