In his role as Director of Access Services, John is responsible for the Service Center, Installation and Repair, Tier II Technical Support and the Central Office switches. John coordinates the work of his technicians to ensure that our customers installation, repair and Technical Support needs are met. John is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the switches that serve our customers. John has spent 16 years with Global Valley Networks, 10 of those as a Central Office Technician before taking over management of the Access Services departments. Prior to joining Global Valley Networks, John held positions as I&R Technician and Manager at Pacific Telephone and as a PBX technician for the Department of Defense. |
