John Galleher is vice president of Research & Development for Budco. In this capacity, he is responsible for strategy development to better target Budco's efforts to improve program performance, as well as performance evaluation of major programs that run through the organization. John is a 23-year veteran of Budco. He has been involved significantly in database development that supports fully integrated direct marketing, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and service merchandising programs for companies including Ford Motor Company, DaimlerChrysler, and Nissan. Prior to Budco, John worked with various organizations also developing integrated solutions. He also spent time with IBM Corporation in computer sales. John is a visiting instructor at Michigan State University and teaches a class on Direct Response Advertising which includes direct mail, database development, performance evaluation, digital print, and contact center services. He holds a BA in General Business Administration and also an MBA from Michigan State University in East Lansing. |
