John has over 25 years of experience working in the computer and software market. He has held staff and management positions across sales, operations, consulting, product management and client services. Prior to Channel Intelligence, John served as Senior Director of Sales for Latin America for Pivotal Corporation, a major CRM software company. He has also held various senior management positions at Seagate Software. John has been with Channel Intelligence for over four years and has been instrumental in the development of sales process and operations, building and growing our base of manufacturer and retailer clients, and improvements and innovations in offered product/services. In his current position he is responsible for overseeing the client services organization which provides front-line customer support to CI's customer base in the US and abroad. |
