John Gelders is an attorney with more than 27 years of oil and gas experience. He joined Kirkpatrick Oil Company in 2004 and is responsible for land and legal-related matters including contract preparation and review and litigation management. Prior to joining Kirkpatrick Oil Company, he was a partner in the Oklahoma City-based firm of Grimes, Gelders, Anderson & Day. He also worked for the law firms of James W. George & Associates; Crabtree, Miller & Musser; and Fellers, Snider, Blankenship, Bailey & Tippens.
Gelders holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Oklahoma City Association of Petroleum Landmen. |
